Scope of Practice

Agency Bodyworks provides professional and therapeutic massage services with a focus on promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and alleviating pain and discomfort in the body. Our massage therapists are trained in a variety of massage techniques and modalities, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and sports massage.

We are dedicated to providing safe, effective, and individualized treatment to each client, and work in accordance with ethical and professional standards set forth by our industry professional bodies and local regulations.

Informed Consent

Informed consent is a fundamental aspect of practice at Agency Bodyworks. We believe that every client has the right to be fully informed about their treatment options and to make decisions regarding their own health and well-being. Our massage therapists will not provide any form of massage therapy without the client’s full understanding and consent.

Before beginning any treatment, our therapists will take the time to discuss the treatment process, including potential benefits, risks, and alternatives. They will also review the client’s health history and any concerns the client may have. Only after the client has given their informed consent will the massage therapy session begin.
