Relaxation Massage

A combination of Swedish and non-Swedish massage techniques can have you feeling better than yesterday in as little as 60 to 90 minutes.

Therapeutic Massage

Treatment plans are based on a current injury or ailment like whiplash, a strained hamstring muscle, or general physical maintenance, to name only a few.

Scar Tissue Reduction

Post surgery or after a cut; most types of scar tissue can be treated.

Cupping

Using negative pressure to access deep into the tissues, promoting blood flow and muscle relaxation.

IASTM

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses tools shaped specifically to soften muscle and fascial tissues and target trigger points (knots).

First visits are 90 minutes; 30 for intake, and 60 for treatment.

Registered Massage Therapist

Lysa Downey is an registered massage therapist and the owner of Agency Bodyworks, who brings a Bachelor of Arts degree and 25 years of experience in the dance industry to the practice. She has dedicated this time to understanding human movement and exploring ways to stretch, strengthen, and manipulate the tissues that make the body move. Lysa believes that retraining the body, combined with manual therapies can achieve postural improvements, reduced instances of muscle fatigue, and overuse injuries.
